Users of Spotify are complaining that the desktop and mobile apps do not currently display their made playlists

Many customers of the widely used music streaming service Spotify reportedly complained about their playlists not showing up during a glitch. Users could still play music without any problems, but user-made playlists vanished due to a bug. However, this issue did not effect automatically made playlists such as “Daily Mix.”

Many Spotify customers have expressed their dissatisfaction on social media and are looking for information on if other users are having the same problem. The issue started at approximately 3 PM IST, according to DownDetector, a platform that monitors the availability of different services online.

The problem of playlists disappearing has been brought to Spotify’s attention by hundreds of customers, but the business has not yet responded. User-created playlists are currently showing as blank on the iPhone version of Spotify, as seen in the image below, while they are completely undetectable on the Android version of the app.

Users report that the problem impacts Spotify browser users as well, and is not limited to mobile devices. For around an hour, users seemed to be affected by the malfunction, but Spotify seems to have fixed it.
